Sessions are typically held on a weekly basis and are about 45 minutes each.
How long does therapy last:
It depends on the scope and complexity of issues. Usually at least six sessions are needed to explore and resolve the concerns raised.
How do I begin therapy:
Call or email to set up an initial appointment. A preliminary consultation is scheduled to determine therapy goals, develop a treatment plan and agree upon a consistent time to meet. If you are seeking play, filial or family therapy, the child or other family members are not required to accompany you for the first visit.
What are the payment options:
Cash, check or credit card online. You may be eligible for reimbursement by your insurance company under out of network benefits for mental health. Your insurance company can advise you if your plan covers out of network psychotherapy services and the reimbursement rate for your plan (often 50% to 80%).
How can I set up a group discussion for parents, teachers or other professionals?
